Website information

Information on this website is general and does not create a binding service commitment or replace a scoped professional assessment.

Service engagements

Services are supplied only under an accepted proposal, statement of work or contract defining scope, support hours, responsibilities, assumptions, access, response targets, exclusions, fees and cancellation terms.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, maintain suitable licences and authority over systems in scope, nominate appropriate contacts and protect credentials. Access details must be shared only through an agreed secure method.

Managed services

Coverage, monitoring, maintenance, response targets and reporting are limited to the accepted agreement. Unless expressly contracted, services are not an unlimited helpdesk, a 24/7 security operations centre or an emergency incident-response service.

Third-party services

Microsoft licences, hardware, software subscriptions and other third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and charges unless the accepted agreement states otherwise.

Fees and changes

Prices, VAT, payment dates and project-specific change arrangements are confirmed in writing. Work outside the accepted scope requires separate approval.

Intellectual property

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are defined in the accepted agreement.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Other exclusions and financial limits are governed by the accepted agreement and applicable law. Customers should maintain suitable continuity arrangements and insurance.

Governing law and contact

Questions may be submitted through the Contact page. Governing law and jurisdiction are those stated in the contracting documents and applicable consumer law.
